💜 What are your products made from?

All items are 3D printed using a custom-mixed photopolymer resin, tested by me for durability and rigidity. Every design is built from scratch in Fusion360, then printed, cleaned, and assembled by hand. No outsourcing — just one maker with a printer and a passion for weird little things.

💚 Can I suggest a tweak or upgrade?

Absolutely! I’m always open to feedback and love getting ideas from the community.
Your feedback has helped evolve many of my designs into the versions they are today.
I welcome comments, criticism, and creative suggestions — if you've got an idea, let’s talk about it. We can discuss feasibility and improve the products together, making them better for everyone.

💜 How are items packaged?

Orders are shipped in discreet black bubble envelopes. Each item is individually bagged in matte black baggies with little peek windows.
Bump boxes come with spare lids and locking pins, and if you’re getting a necklace-style bump box, you’ll also receive an extra G clip.

💚 How do I care for my item?

All items should be hand washed only, using cool or warm water (NOT hot!).
Avoid dishwashers, boiling water, or soaking in high temps, as this may warp or damage the resin.

💜 How long does shipping take?

UK Orders: Usually arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.
International Orders: Can take 1–3 weeks depending on location and customs processing.

I aim to ship all orders within 3–5 working days, but please note I’m a one-person workshop — if order volume is high, there may be occasional small delays. I’ll always do my best to keep you informed 💜

💚 Do you offer returns or replacements?

If your item arrives damaged or something’s gone wrong, please message me.
I’ll always do my best to make it right.

Some items can’t be returned due to their custom nature, but I take pride in delivering amazing customer service and I’m always happy to find a solution to a problem. Just reach out — I don’t bite (unless I’m casting teeth, maybe).

💜 What if I want a custom piece?

Send me a message! I love working on one-off pieces, tweaks, or gifts. If you’ve got a wild idea, I’d love to help bring it to life.

💚 What's going on with your Etsy shop?

Yes — my Etsy shop is still live for now, but I’m migrating everything over here. Selling directly gives me more freedom, better control, and lets me offer designs Etsy might restrict.

Some of my listings — especially snuff-related ones — were removed without warning, even though I followed their guidelines. That really kicked me while I was down (I’d just lost my job), and it pushed me to build my own space where I could create and sell freely.

So: if you’re here, thank you. You’re helping me build something better.
