📦 Shipping Policy

Thanks so much for supporting PrintsByCurl! Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

🕒 Processing Times

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days.
Each item is handmade by me — including printing, cleaning, finishing, and packaging — so please allow a little time, especially during busy periods.

Note: I’m a one-person studio. If I receive a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays, but I’ll always do my best to keep you updated.

🇬🇧 UK Shipping

• Shipped via Royal Mail or Evri

• Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch

• Tracking available on most orders (unless otherwise noted)

🌍 International Shipping

• I ship worldwide

• Delivery time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on your location, postal service, and customs processing

• You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in your country

📫 Packaging Details

• All items are packaged discreetly in black bubble mailers

• Items are individually sealed in matte black baggies with peek windows

• Bump boxes come with spare lids and locking pins

• Necklace-style boxes also include an extra G clip

🔄 Returns & Replacements

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please get in touch — I’ll always do my best to make it right.
Due to the handmade and custom nature of some items, I may not be able to offer returns in every case, but customer satisfaction is a top priority.
